Survey the whole property, not the closet
We walk guest floors, outlets, event space, and back of house, since riser paths decide the network.
Design one segmented backbone
Guest, payment, building, and staff traffic remain separated, with wireless engineered for each area's density.
Stage and burn in before anything ships
Switches, access points, head-end AV, and racks are configured in Tampa, then shipped as labeled kits.
Install in-room and public-space systems together
Room televisions, corridor audio, outdoor zones, signage, and cameras are installed against the network drawing set.
Commission event AV against a real load
Ballroom displays, zoned audio, and room controls are tested under banquet load, including combine-and-divide configurations.
Train the people who will use it nightly
Front desk, banquet, and engineering staff train on their systems and receive one-page reference guides.
Monitor and support from Tampa
Circuits, networks, and endpoints are monitored after opening; one number covers AVIT, carriers, PMS, and POS vendors.
