What we do with what you send us.

What we collect

When you fill in a form on this site, we receive what you type: your name, your company, your work email, roughly how many locations you operate, and whatever you tell us about your project. Nothing is required beyond name, company, and email.

If you call or email us instead, we hold that correspondence in our normal business systems.

Why we collect it

To reply to you and to scope the work you're asking about. That's the whole purpose. We do not add you to a marketing list because you contacted us, and we don't send newsletters.

Who sees it

AVIT staff who are involved in responding to you. Right now the forms on this site do not send anything to a server of ours: they hand what you typed to your own mail client, so your message reaches us as ordinary email. Our business email provider processes that mail on our behalf under its own terms and is not permitted to use it for anything else. If we add a service that receives form submissions directly, this page will say so.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We will disclose it only if we are legally required to.

How long we keep it

Inquiries that don't become projects sit in our business email systems. We delete them on request, and we clear them out periodically rather than on an automated schedule. If you become a client, your records are retained for the life of the relationship and as long afterwards as our contracts and tax obligations require.

Analytics and cookies

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts. It does load a web font from Google's font service, which means Google receives the request for that file. If we add traffic measurement later it will be a cookieless service that does not profile you across other sites, and this page will be updated before it goes live.

Your choices

Email info@avitpartners.com or call (888) 520-5229 and ask us to send you a copy of what we hold, correct it, or delete it. We'll do it, and we won't ask you why.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS. Internally we apply the same practices we sell: access control, patching, monitoring, and backups. If you're running a vendor security review and need specifics, ask and we'll answer properly rather than pointing you at a page.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date below. This page is written in plain language on purpose; if anything here is unclear, that's a defect and we'd like to know.
